UDP — make RanFab your system, not a generic template.
UDP (User Defined Processes) is the customisation layer for RanFab. It lets you build your own processes, rules, screens and automation on top of the standard job-shop ERP — so the software follows your way of quoting, releasing work, approving jobs, checking quality, or integrating with the tools only your plant uses.
Without UDP you run the full out-of-the-box product. With UDP you get full system customisation of behaviour and workflows: new buttons and actions, business rules that fire when data changes, custom processes between objects, and reports that match how your estimators and floor actually work — without waiting on a vendor roadmap or a full software rewrite. (UDP customises process and logic; it does not add custom data fields.)
