No Refund Policy
Idronic Pty Ltd does not offer refunds for any of its software products or releases.
All purchases of Idronic software, including on-premise and cloud-based versions, are final and strictly non-refundable. Our software incorporates multiple third-party components that are subject to independent licensing terms, none of which permit refunds. As a result, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstances.
Customers are strongly encouraged to conduct appropriate due diligence prior to purchase, including participation in product demonstrations, trials, or other evaluation activities, to ensure the software meets their business requirements.
For customers considering the on-premise version, which represents the highest-cost option, Idronic recommends initially subscribing to a single-user cloud version. This provides full access to a fully functional environment and allows evaluation of the software with minimal financial risk prior to committing to an on-premise licence.
